Over the years, Bambino’s has earned a reputation as the go-to spot for authentic Italian-American cuisine, beloved for its classic recipes, family-friendly atmosphere, and commitment to quality.

Bambino’s was originally founded by its first owners, who brought their passion for traditional Italian recipes and warm hospitality to life. Their vision laid the foundation for what Bambino’s is today – a restaurant synonymous with great food and a welcoming spirit. The original owners ensured that every dish was made with love, from signature pizzas to hearty pasta dishes, earning a loyal customer base that has stood the test of time.

In 2023, the Bambino’s legacy was passed on to Henryk Glodek, a seasoned professional with a global background and a deep appreciation for community-focused dining. Originally from Poland and having lived in five different countries, Henryk brought fresh ideas while honoring Bambino’s roots. Under his stewardship, Bambino’s has grown, offering not just great food but also vibrant entertainment and new menu options.

Henryk maintained a gentleman’s agreement with the previous owners to keep the recipes and much of the staff intact, ensuring that Bambino’s remained true to its roots. While staying faithful to the classics, he introduced exciting updates like live music and dancing on Saturday nights, comedy nights on the last Tuesday of each month, and an all-you-can-eat lunch buffet featuring a rotating selection of pizzas, pastas, and Italian chicken dishes.

Beyond food, Henryk invested in equipment and aesthetic upgrades, including a mural at the entrance that celebrates Bambino’s legacy. Happy Hour has been extended to make every visit even more inviting, and the restaurant continues to be a hotspot for gatherings, celebrations, and casual dining.
